Let me introduce myself.  My name is Penny Bell, Lead handler for KEEPING TRACKS Bloodhound Unit, founded in 1996.  As a native of Milwaukee, WI, I am dedicated to assisting communities become safe by design and not by chance through education (of families, law enforcement and fire departments).  I am also committed to the families of missing persons providing an alternative option of recovery through my organization.

My faith, trust, and insight into my generously gracious God have increased exponentially as I work with my Bloodhound.   ”For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities–his eternal power and divine nature–have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse.”       Romans 1:20
